From Seaview's perfect location, You'll enjoy the best that Zante has to offer. The apartment's and facilities are there to please, from the pleasant rooms to the lovely pool and bar area, it's all very good!
You have many shops, restaurants and bars at close quarters. There's so much to explore and do, from Waterparks, Boat trips, to the Old Town there's something for everyone. The beech's, especially, Alexandro beech (which is a little less busy) were breathtaking.
Just book it, you won't be dissapointed. We would recommend this accomodation to friends / family. We would be happy to visit again. |

View from the apartments out to sea was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly home from home. Was very hot for September but lovely breeze on our balcony. All in all splendid!! Yet another great stay at the Seaview. Been before so we knew what to expect. This place is a fantastic little hidden Gem - a friendly atmosphere with no roudy gangs and always plenty of room in the pool. A great place for a peaceful family holiday. The seaview appartments were recommended by friends of ours. We looked at the website and thought it all looked lovely. Then we went there our selves!! To say we were made to feel welcome puts it mildly, we felt like friends of Tracy and her mum. The place was fantastic and so clean. It is near to everything, all the lovely bars, shops and tavernas, not to mention the beach. We spent alot of our time in the pool because it was great and there were always sunbeds with matresses available by pool. Tracy cooked us some lovely food and ice cold drinks which we needed as it was so hot!! We can't wait to go back again. Thanks so much for a wonderfull time Tracy,I wanted to cry when we left. We can't recommend seaview appartments highly enough you have to go. Hope you're okay |

Well what can we say but seaview is a brilliant place to stay Tracey and Denise are the perfect hosts nothing is to much for them and the wecome we got on arrival was fantastic.The view from our room was breathtakeing,the rooms,outside area and pool are spotless and there are plenty sun beds,the pool bar is well stocked and the food is very good and very reasonably priced.The beach is only a short walk away we cant thank Tracy and Denise enough for makeing our stay memorable.also a mention to Dora (the cleaner)who kept our room very clean.love also to Sam x the only other thing to say is try seaview you wont be dissapointed. SO GUTTED WE ARE BACK HOME,Had the best time ever here at seaview.What a lovely place,the location was perfect,near to the beach and all the bars and restaurants,the views to mainland Greece and Kefalonia from the balconys fab.The pool and grounds were beautiful and very peaceful.Tracy,Denise n Sam were the perfect hosts and made us feel at home straight away.Could not ask for more from a holiday.The weather in august was fab n very hot but plenty of shade around the pool n beach if needed.Great food from poolside bar if in need of snacks n drinks(very good prices).Would not hesitate to go back again. We stayed in the 10 person apartment.
Our family consists of myself,husband,daughter & partner & grandson Harvey 17 months and our 12 year old son Matthew.This place is a GEM! It is the perfect place for a family holiday-The apartment has everything you need and more including TV,DVD,Video & videos,Stereo & CDS ,Private balcony,Air con,Fridge,toaster,kettle iron etc etc.
The apartments are ideally located to the resturants,bars and beach but have a magical away from it all atmosphere with extremely well maintained gardens,clean pool and plentiful seating & loungers.
The pool bar offers competitive quality food and drinks, with the added bonus of being served by the owners,Tracey & Denise who are so friendly,accomadating and funny you immediately warm to them and know they would do anything within their power to ensure you have the best holiday.
We have been fortunate to have travelled extensively and have been to many beautiful places but we would make this place our home.
We would not hesitate to reccomend Seaview to anyone who appreciates the natural beauty of Greece, the food ( Check out Zeuss for kleftiko and Medina for a pepper fillet & their homemade olive oil)& good old fashioned hospitality.

Wir waren 2 Wochen auf Zakynthos und haben die Ferien im Bungalow Nr. 1 sehr genossen. Tracy und Denise sind für jedes anliegen für einen da. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber.Da es an einer Anhöhe liegt ist es angenehm ruhig (Auto ist kein muss), für Familien sehr geeignet. This was my first time in Greece, and what a pleasant introduction Tsilivi was. But what really made my holiday for me was the excellent Seaview Appartments. What a lovely place to stay, I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
The spacious appartments have everything you could possibly need, with decent swimming pool, and poolside bar, all set in excellently kept grounds. The site is very quiet and out of the way, but only minutes from the main street, and the beach.
Tracey and her family run the site, and nothing is too much trouble for them, and they will all ensure that your stay is completely trouble free.
I am really looking forward to the next time I can visit (hopefully this year, but if not, definitely next year)and again, I can thoroughly recommend this as a holiday destination.

It was the first time at the appartments but it will not be the last.
Tracey and Denise were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much effort and a special mention the the cleaning lady who kept the appartment and the grounds spotless; she was so chearful when out and about the site.
The views from the appartment were absolutly faboulous and first thing in a morning sat outside drinking my coffee or Angela having her gin and tonic in an evening started the day and the evening perfectly.
The main street was no more than 2 minutes away and the beach about 5 minutes with all the facilities you could need for everyone.
The beaches are perfect for children and this also applies to the appartments as they are in a safe location with a lovely pool. Keep up the good work Tracey and Denise. We would recommend this accomodation to friends / family. We would be happy to visit again. |

This is the fourth time we have stayed at the apartments since it opened and we did not think it could get any better but it has each time. The welcome you get from everyone is so warm and throughout our stay Tracy,Denise and the staff could not do enough for you. The whole complex is very clean and the VIEWS well all we can say is that you need to go appreciate them. A short walk from the apartments you have good bars, restaurants and the beach. Had a fabulous time staying at the Seaview apartments owned by a lovely family where nothing is too much trouble for them to make your stay an enjoyable one.
We were very impressed with the apartments set in private gardens with a lovely pool and snack bar (all very well maintained) They commanded an excellent location with stunning views.
The apartments are roomy with air con, fridge, kettle and a small amount of cutlery and crockery etc. There is a small toilet / washroom with execellent shower facilities!
We were particularly impressed by the standard of fittings and fixtures in some of the other apartments which can cater for larger groups or families.

Very nice play to stay we felt very welcome and it was very personal as we like it not a big hotel where nobody knows your name.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for the month of July this year. Very clean well fitted apartments. We had one of the studios and it had every luxury,air-con,TV, DVD, MP3 dock,washing machine, microwave etc. The pool and bar area is clean and not too small and not too big - just right to chat and get to know other guests should you so wish. You are 2 minutes away from the main strip and a 10 min walk from a great beach however the apt complex is quiet and peaceful.The location was ideal for my family and Tracy and Mitch looked after us very well. We had a fantastic time on our holiday at seaview.The rooms were fab, pools cool,trampoline and playground ace. Food and ice-cream was fab too,Daisy even got her cucumber peeled by Denise each day! Got to play with Sam (Tracy's son)lots and missing him loads. Waterpark was brill and lots of other cool stuff nearby for kids.
Mum says rooms very clean thanks to lovely cleaner Dora and nothing was ever too much trouble.Apartments are close to excellent restaurants,bars,shops and the beach yet still lovely and peaceful. We have all had an amazing,relaxing holiday and were very sad to leave.

Tracy, Denise and Sam thank you for a great holiday. The three of us really enjoyed ourselves and the warm welcome offered to us on arrival ensured that our holiday was off to a good start.
Our apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed and the excellent view was a bonus. The pool was great. I cannot tell you how much Jacob enjoyed spending just about all of his holiday in there! Seaview Apartments really are a great base from which to discover Tsiliv and other areas of the island. Fantastic holiday made special by the folk and the place Seaveiw apartments will take some beating it is like being at home so friendley and welcoming. Tracy and Denice could of not done more for us a real nice welcome and all the info you wanted about where to eat where to go its this that makes this place so special The appartment we had was great clean load of room and next to the pool.The grounds and pool were well kept by Steve who is a good sourse of info for car hire and bars. Seaveiw is well situated both for the night life or for a lazy day by the pool and is within 5 mins walk from the main street with all the bars and restaurants. Tsilivi is a good base for trips out to all the main resorts. A special day for our family was a day out with a hired speed boat down at Keri 80 euro a day fantastic value, we hired a jeep for four days and toured the entire island again good value for money. A night at the ARK bar is an experience you wont forget when Elvis sets fire to the road in front of the petrol station and stops all the traffic.

Had a brilliant stay at Seaview, it is clean and tidy, and a perfect location for bars and restaurants etc.
Special thanks to Tracy, Denise, Steve and Sam, who all made our stay enjoyable.
An ideal place for both families and couples, with the lovely swimming pool when you need to cool off (we had a heatwave our first week), and also the well equipped bar, for snacks and drinks.
The view from our apartment was beautiful, overlooking the sea and being able to watch cruise ships and boats passing by.
All in all a fantastic holiday, and a great experience for our first visit to Greece.
Hopefully will be back soon.

Third time we have been to Seaview had a fantastic time again.The apartments are in a great location with sea views and only a few minutes from the bars and restaurants and beach what more do you need. We were also lucky to be invited to our friends wedding at Seaview which was brilliant- the setting was lovely with the great views and surrounding olive trees. The best part for me was when we all followed the bride and groom down the cobbled road from seaview and waved them off on a horse and carriage for a ride aroung tsilivi. Fantastic 2 weeks at Seaview with Allan, Tracy and Mitch going the extra mile to make our holiday a great one. The apartment was excellent and we wanted for nothing. We booked at very last minute as it was a busy time of the year and we was so pleased from the moment we arrived at sea view. Tracy and Mitch are fantastic we had some great times, the room was lovely and the apartments are in perfect location, 2 minutes from the bars and shops and a lovely 5 minute walk to the beach. It is a lovely place to spend your holiday. The location is fantastic and the most amazing views of the sea it really lives up to its name. Tracy, Mitch, Denise, Alan and Sam made us feel very welcome and were really helpful whenever we had any questions. The other guests staying at Seaview were also nice a friendly and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar having good old natter. You are only a 2 minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants. Had a fab time yet again, when we stayed in May 2007 we had 6 in our party but this time it was only me and terry. The complex is looking great and the hospitality is outstanding yet again. What a location! After trawling through holiday brochures from the major companies, we chanced upon the Zanteweb site, and found Seaview Apartments. The description looked good, but the comments in the Guestbook were enough to convince us to book. We were not disappointed! SUPERB. We went to the Sea View based on two things 1. Knowing the owners and 2. People's recommendation. We had a fantastic stay in the apartments which are perfectly situated for access to the "village" centre, not too far away to be a hike and not too close to be intrusive. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute. The resorts restaurant and bar owners are friendly and accommodating, and not pushy like in many other resorts. The beach is five minutes away and is clean and sandy with beautiful clear water. It is fair to say that Tracy and denise cook up a mean full english which myself and my son personally recommend.
The apartments are clean, ample in size and offer good value for money. We all agreed that we will be going back to Sea View again. May I take this opportunity of personally expressing my thanks to Tracy who was a great hostess. C U soon Tracy. We'll be back. We would recommend this accomodation to friends / family. Had a great 2 weeks at seaview, the location, facilities and apartments are fantastic. We were made to feel very welcome through out our stay by Tracy, Denise and Mitch. Our 2 children also loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere as much as us. The resort offers something for everyone with lots to see and do with lively bars or quite taverniers. The beach is close by and is great for relaxing, swimming or water sports. I am a C5 Incomplete Tetraplegic and finding disabled facilities in Greece has always been difficult until now.
Seaview is not a purpose built disabled facility, but the apartment we stayed in (The Family Suite) was roomy and worked for us.
Alan did everything possible to make it work (even to the point of remving the radiator from the bathroom wall!) for us and nothing was too much trouble.
He has plans to widen some doors and carry out other modifications to make it even better.
It is important to understand that Greek accomodation is more basic than say Spain. However, Seaview is spotlessly clean and everything you need is there.
Alan picked us up from the airport and arranged for us to be dropped off by a friend. He was also kind enough to give us a lift in to Zante town one day. It was an interesting day, but Greek pavemnets are hard work!
Seaview is ideally situated a short distance from Tsivili's main street and the beach is a little further on still. The path is however very steep and if you are a self pusher you will definitely need a hand to get up the short but steep incline. I had taken my electric chair so it wasn't a problem for me.
We loved the town and the beach is superb. We were especially pleased that there were no big gangs of young kids. We saw mostly couples and families plus a lot of Greek families. It made for a very relaxed atmosphere in the town, even late at night.
Seaview itself and all the people who work there is an absolute joy. The atmosphere is superb and nothing is too much trouble. I can highly reccomend the food at the snack bar and the view is awesome.
We are more than happy to recommend the apartments to anyone disabled or not. It is a great holiday experience. We plan to return as soon as we've saved up enough money!

Seaview apartments are in an ideal location, they are close enough to get to shops and restaurants etc but still away from it all just up on the hill. The view from our apartment was amazing and the whole place was kept very clean. I liked the pool area and as it was on the hill it got more sun too! I would definately recommend the apartments for those wanting to go to Tsilivi/Zante. I have never been to Greece before and I thouroughly enjoyed my time in Zante. Thank You. We love this place - so much so that we are back in September (7 weeks and 5 days not that we are counting!) and bringing our families with us.
Accomodation is spot less and all that you could wish for and the location is perfect - close to the bars/tavernas etc (couple minute walk) but not too close that you feel surounded. There are some stunning views to be enjoyed from the pool/bar and rooms. Food around the pool bar is highly recommended. And for those who like a walk take a left out of the back of Sea view up to Zante view - a little up hill but worth it at the top!
All that said it really is the people who make this place and your holiday. Nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately we missed Alan who was on his travels back to England whilst we were there. But Tracy, Denise, Mitch and of course Sam kept us more than entertained!! We owe you one for the last night at the taverna!!

We have just had a wonderful holiday staying at Seaview. We wholly endorse the comments made by other guests concerning the welcoming friendliness of Tracey, Mitch, Alan and Denise. Seaview Apartments provides a fantastic location with everything a family needs on site. To keep the children attended is a sheltered play area with swing, slide etc... There is also a large trampoline with enclosure; and of course the ' big' pool and childrens pool. More importantly for us is the resident playmate 'Sam'. The bar food was great, English soft bread and I'd recommended the tuna salad bowl.The apartments are set just above the Main Road through Tsilivi - with supermarkets, restaurants and bars are in easy reach. We had a fabulous time from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were collected at the airport by Alan (along with the Ritchie crew, previous entry), received a wonderful reception on arrival, our apartment was located on the second floor of the original apartment block (two additional blocks have now been provided), the room was well presented and very comfortable, bottled water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar was provided in the apartment for that much needed refreshment on arrival. The apartment had a balcony and a wonderful sea view as the picture and the title of the apartments indicate. The facilities created on this site are a credit to the family and consist of a swimming pool, bar with adjacent dining area, there are also two new apartment blocks, all access areas are paved to a very high standard and well maintained, food was also prepared to a high standard with English as well as local drinks available at the bar. The two weeks just flew by and were so relaxing, nothing was too much trouble, Alan could be seen working almost non-stop improving or maintaining every aspect of the place, inc sorting out car hire for us.
Tracy, Denise and Mitch were working around the bar area or looking after Sam. I would recommend Seaview Apartments to anyone, in fact I have already done so, and you may soon be getting visitors from the Leek area.

Fantastic location, quiet as not too near the busy centre. Great supermarket just down the hill. We were often the only ones in the swimming pool which was awesome. This was a great week especially as I was a little aprehensive to start with being confined to a wheel chair. (C5/6 Tetraplegic). We were picked up at the airport and the wheelchair went straight on to the van via a ramp. In the apartment there is an electric hoist and wheel-in shower. The apartment is spacious with wide doors and family size rooms. No problems at all for wheelchairs but there is a steep 50 yard incline down to the town and you would obviously need assistance. Commode available as is a electric and manual wheelchair all free of charge. Alan, Denice, Tracey and Mitch go out of their way to meet your needs and make your stay comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool but not yet assessible for disabled. Alan has taken on board the problems we faced with bathroom and is acting on these for next season. All the family have already booked for next year and are looking forward to meeting up with everyone again for a truly home from home holiday. We would like to thank you for a great holiday which started with a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The apartments were in a fantastic location with great views of the resort. Everybody a Seaview was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Apartments were in a great spot within easy reach of surrounding restaurants and bars, although the food at Seaview is well worth a try. We have found our little bit of paradise, this is the third time this year we have stayed at the Seaview. Tracy,Denise, Alan, Sam and Mitch make everyone feel welcome they will go out of their way to help and make your stay enjoyable.
The location of these apartments is fantastic you are literally 200 metres from the main restaurants and bars but far enough away to enjoy the tranquil setting of the pool. Another three visits next year at least!!!!!

What can I say -- this is the 3rd time in one year we have returned to Seaview. Its lovely to know that you will always be greeted with a warm welcome from the Jones's family. Tracey and Denise make eveyone feel at home, from Denise's cheese toasties to her homemade pie and chips, right through to checking you enjoy every moment you stay. The apartments are immaculate and the surroundings are beautiful. They are always ready to help and guide you in the right direction to see the attractions of the island and make your stay enjoyable. You may even find Alan and Denise jiving away in the Ark bar at the night!!!!

Well what can i say .. except absoultley fabulous. I must say this was the best greek island holiday of all. The appartments were excellent with fab views and beautiful pool and only a few mins from everything including tsilivi beach. Oh and the ARK bar (which is a must). Everyone there was really friendly and helpful. The resort and island was perfect for all our family, even the youngest been 2yrs. Stayed at Seaview for one week, the apartments are lovely, the staff great (sorry Mitch that Ken beat you at Pool!!!). Would highly recommend the apartments to anyone, the views are amazing and the atmosphere relaxing. i,ve been going to the Greek Islands for the last 20 years, Sea-View apartments are (in the words of Tina Turner) "Simply the Best". A warm, friendly welcome awaits those who visit. I can recommend this place to singles, couples and families. If you like a good decent english breakfast you wont be disappointed here! I stayed here on my own and will be returning next year. Just got back from a nice relaxing week in Tsilivi and the seaview apartments.Location is excellent for some of best bars & restaurants in Tsilivi.The apartments themselves are excellent with fantastic views of the sea and surrounding countryside and nice pool area.Mine host Tracey and Mitch made us very welcome from the minute we arrived and this became more of a friendship as the week progressed.Nice to sit at bar in evening and get to know people{and play Mitch at pool}. This was our first but not last visit to Seaview. From the time you arrive to the day you leave for home, you are made to feel special by Allan, Tracy, Denise and Mitch. The facilities are first class with wonderful sea views. There are wonderful restaurants and bars just 5 minutes down the track, you must see Elvis before you leave what a night !!. Seaview has everything you could wish for to ensure your stay in Zante is one of the best holidays you will ever have. AWESOME!
The place is perfect in every way. Lovely setting in a very peaceful location with less than a minute walk to the bars, restaurants etc. Everyone is extremely friendly and cannot do enough to help. Ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excitement on tap when you want it and peace and quiet when you dont. Plenty for the kids to do, Laser Arena in the town is a must, climbing wall is better before alcohol :-)(not the kids obviously :-))

Absolutely wonderful place and we will definitely be returning either this year or early next. Sea view is everything you could ask for, it’s like home from home. This has been our second year at seaview last year was a great holiday this year was a brilliant holiday,stayed for 11 nights could of stayed for another 11.Apartments are spotless with views to die for.Pool area and pool side snack bar are fantastic,food is exellent and prices to match.Missed Allan this time hope to catch him next time,Tracy,Denise and Mitch could not have made us more welcome we now class them as very good friends.The location of the aparments could not be better only one miniute walk to all bars & restaurants. Everything about Seaview is good: the comfort of the apartment, the proximity to the shops, restaurants and beach and, best of all, the friendliness and helpfulness of Alan, Tracey, Denise and Mitch. What a great team! On my second day Alan discovered I like to run and, being a former fell runner himself, volunteered to show me a route away from the roads. Absolutely brilliant!!! Never been abroad before - but can't wait to go back. My Auntie and Uncle stayed here last year and asked if i'd like to go with them - wow, I jumped at the chance and took my 3 year old daughter with me. She loved it. Very child friendly, Danielle almost had her own little swimming pool, and swings etc. by the end of the first week she had learnt to swim (with armbands!!) Little Sam was brilliant - he swims like a Dolphin!! Tracy, Allan, Denise and Mitch were absolute diamonds - am saving hard to go back next year!!
Very very peaceful, but close enough to the Bars, Tavernas and Beach to please what ever mood. We would recommend this accomodation to friends / family. We would be happy to visit again. |

I went to Seaview with other family members but without my husband and children and was very reluctant at first with being on my own but I needn't have worried as everybody at Seaview were extremely friendly and I never felt alone. The apartment was perfect and the cleaner was the best I've ever known (could do with her at home)! The location was excellent, nice and quiet but lively just a few minutes walk away if you wanted it. I loved the place so much I have booked again for September with my husband as I know he will love it as much as I did. Top marks to Alan, Denise, Tracy and Mitch and see you all soon.

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Seaview Apartments. Small, friendly and spotless family run apartments, nothing too much trouble.Situated only 2 mins from the hustle and bustle of the main street-restaurants, shops and bars- yet its position on the hill gives the impression you're miles away in the quiet tranquility of an olive grove! Extremly good value for money. 10 out of 10 for location, service etc etc.

Everything about Seaview is first class, from the time you arrive to the day you reluctantly go home, you are looked after so well by Allan, Tracy, Denise and Mich the barman. The facilities are first class and you have one of the best views to be had in Tsilivi. You can laze around the pool which is so peaceful and chilled out, then two minutes down the track you have everything you want in as far as dining and entertainment is concerned, with the tavernas and bars such as The Ark and Two Brothers. This is a magic place and Seaview does everything to make your stay in Zante, one of the best holidays you will ever have. In fact so good we are going back in September. Yamas!
